Halo guys, bagaimana kabarnya?

Datang ke kantor....nda ada kerjaan, mending nge-blog tuk mengisi waktu.

Dari dulu mau hafal shortcut belum pernah kesampaian...

Ngapain mesti tahu shortcut Windows? Adakalanya tidak ada mouse, apa perlu punya ketergantungan mouse, tidak ada mouse kadang pusing banget bagaimana gerakkan cursor....makanya perlu hafal shortcut Windows apalagi yang punya kecenderungan suka Windows dibanding open source (misal Linux).....



F1 : Help (Bantuan)

Klo ditranslate, seperti itulah yang klopnya, help diartikan bantuan, bisa juga pertolongan. Banyak user yang tidak menyadari penggunaan shortcut ini, padahal klo dibaca semuanya file Help yang telah dibuat oleh programmer aplikasi, ternyata aplikasi tersebut bukan sekedar aplikasi biasa, misalnya notepad. Coba deh buka notepad, trus tekan F1, klo dibaca dan dipraktekkan, baru nyadar klo notepad itu agak mirip dengan Microsoft Office tapi lebih simpel. Nih contoh Help Notepad di

Windows 2010 (tiap Windows ada perkembangan aplikasi, nanti ada pembahasan khusus fungsi-fungsi yang ada di notepad) :

• How can I see all of my text without scrolling horizontally? (Bagaimana cara sayamelihat semua teks tanpa harus menggulir scroll bar horizontal?)
• How do I change the font style and size? (Bagaimana cara mengubah tampilan danukuran huruf)
• How do I cut, copy, paste, or delete text? (Bagaimana cara saya memotong,melekatkan, atau menghapus teks?)
• Can I save a Notepad file in any another format besides .txt? (Bisakah sayamenyimpan file Notepad tapi format file bukan .txt?)
• How do I print a Notepad document? (Bagaimana saya mencetak dokumen Notepad?)
• How do I insert the time and date in a file? (Bagaimana cara saya menyisipkan waktu dan tanggal ke file?)
• How do I find and replace specific characters or words? (Bagaimana cara sayamencari dan mengganti karakter atau kata tertentu?)
• How do I create a header or footer? (Bagaimana cara membuat kop atau catatan kaki?)
• How do I go to a specific line in a Notepad file? (Bagaimana cara menuju ke baris tertentu pada file Notepad?)

Catatan : Ini berlaku khusus aplikasi Windows yang mempunyai menu Help.

CTRL+ESC: Open Start menu (Membuka menu Start)

Belum mengecek Windows 7, klo Windows 10 jika menekan keyboard CTRL+ESC menampilkan daftar aplikasi. Jika di Windows 10, sudah dikelompokkan berdasarkan aplikasi yang sering dipakai.
Start menu yang mana sih? Itu lho yang menampilkan nama-nama aplikasi yang telah diinstall, jika belum digunakan berupa logo di sudut kiri paling bawah. Di Windows 10, awalannya ditampilkan window aplikasi, setelah memilih tanda panah barulah ditampilkan daftar aplikasi lainnya yang ada.

ALT+TAB: Switch between open programs (Mengalihkan Program-program yang telah dibuka)
 Kadang jika kita bekerja dengan komputer, kita membuka banyak aplikasi. Dengan menekan ALT+TAB, kita bisa memilih aplikasi yang akan digunakan tapi dengan tampilan window berukuran mini yang dijajarkan. Setelah menekan ALT+TAB, tekan TAB untuk memilih aplikasi yang diinginkan.

 ALT+F4: Quit program (Menutup program)
Mungkin ya.....(karena belum mengecek semua program) semua aplikasi yang telah diinstall di Windows bisa ditutup dengan ALT+F4 tanpa perlu mengklik tanda silang di bagian sudut kanan paling atas....

SHIFT+DELETE: Delete item permanently (Menghapus item secara permanen)
Lagi cari tahu SHIFT+DELETE digunakan untuk apa sih? Item mana yang dihapus secara permanen?
Klo dipraktekkan ke desktop, misal pilih salah satu item/shortcut, item/shortcut yang dipilih tersebut akan dibuang/dihapus dari dekstop ke recycle bin, tapi tentu saja ada warning mau di-recycle atau tidak.

Windows Logo+L: Lock the computer (without using CTRL+ALT+DELETE) (Mengunci komputer)
Dikunci? Yang bagaimana sih maksudnya?Itu lho langsung log off. Khan log off, ditampilkan semua user yang ada sekalian klo mau ganti user.....Klo di Windows 7, CTRL+ALT+DELETE tampilkan task manager tuk menutup aplikasi yang aktif, tapi klo di Windows 10,  CTRL+ALT+DELETE menampilkan Lock, Switch user, Sign out, Change a password, Task manager.

CTRL+C: Copy (Menduplikat item/teks)
Pilih item yang di-copy (blok item/teks tersebut)

CTRL+V: Paste
Setelah tekan perintah CTRL+C atau CTRL+X, tekan CTRL+V, maka item/teks akan terduplikasi.

CTRL+X: Cut (Memenggal teks atau item dipindahkan)
Apa sih cut itu? Kedengarannya janggal jika ditranslate...(seperti inilah kemampuan penulis men-translate istilah-istilah komputer yang kadang njelimet)

CTRL+Z: Undo
Kembali ke kondisi sebelumnya, misalnya menghapus tidak sengaja tekan saja CRTL+Z. Kebanyakan user berpikir hanya berfungsi ketika menggunakan aplikasi, ada perintah yang tidak dilakukan, untuk kembali ke kondisi sebelumnya Undo saja. Ternyata bisa juga untuk lainnya, misalnya menghapus folder atau shortcut, perintah ini bisa digunakan untuk mengembalikan folder atau shortcut yang telah dihapus.

CTRL+B: Bold (Menebalkan)
Mau tahu arti secara umum bold jika di-translate menggunakan translate.google.com? Berani....Nda nyambung banget ya.....tapi begitulah artinya. Klo di Windows, digunakan untuk menebalkan karakter atau teks.

CTRL+U: Underline (Menggarisbawahi)
Ini sih artinya masih nyambung dibandingkan dengan Bold. Pilih karakter (huruf, angka, simbol)  atau teks yang digarisbawahi, tekan CRTL+U, maka digarisbawahi.

CTRL+I: Italic (Memiringkan)
Klo perintah yang ini ditranslate menggunakan mbah Google, nda ada arti resminya. Fungsinya memiringkan teks atau karakter yang telah dipilih.

KOMBINASI Keyborad dan Mouse Klik

• SHIFT+right click: Displays a shortcut menu containing alternative commands
• SHIFT+double click: Runs the alternate default command (the second item on the menu)
• ALT+double click: Displays properties
• SHIFT+DELETE: Deletes an item immediately without placing it in the Recycle Bin

ini sudah dipraktikkan tapi belum ketahuan fungsinya apaan....ada yang tahu? Silakan komentar....

F10: Activates menu bar options (Mengaktivasi opsi (pilihan) menu bar)

Yang mana sih menu bar itu? Itu lhooo....yang berjajar di bagian atas, contoh File, Home, Insert, Page Layout, References, Mailings, Review, View.

SHIFT+F10 Opens a shortcut menu for the selected item (this is the same as right-clicking an object)

Membuka shortcut (pintasan) menu item yang telah terpilih (atau jika menggunakan mouse, sama saja dengan mengklik objek)

CTRL+ESC: Opens the Start menu (use the ARROW keys to select an item)

Membuka menu Start Windows (gunakan tanda panah keyboard untuk memilih aplikasi yang hendak digunakan). Tekan ESC untuk kembali ke desktop.

CTRL+SHIFT+ESC: Opens Windows Task Manager

Membuka window Task Manager. Nge-hang? Buka saja window Task Manager, window ini menampilkan aplikasi-aplikasi. By the way, tau nda sih hang pada komputer itu bagaimana? Komputer tidak bisa merespon apapun.

ALT+DOWN ARROW: Opens a drop-down list box

Menampilkan daftar aplikasi

ALT+TAB: Switch to another running program (hold down the ALT key and then press the TAB key to view the task-switching window)

Menampilkan seluruh aplikasi yang berjalan secara berjajar, tetap menekan TAB jika hendak memilih salah satu aplikasi yang ingin digunakan.

SHIFT: Press and hold down the SHIFT key while you insert a CD-ROM to bypass the automatic-run feature

ALT+SPACE: Displays the main window's System menu (from the System menu, you can restore, move, resize, minimize, maximize, or close the window)

Menampilkan menu System yang utama (dari menu Sistem, dapat dipilih opsi Restore (mengembalikan ke ukuran aplikasi yang terakhir kali dipakai), Memindahkan, Mengubah ukuran default window aplikasi menjadi minimal, Maximize lawan dari Minimize, atau menutup windows)

ALT+- (ALT+hyphen): Displays the Multiple Document Interface (MDI) child window's System menu (from the MDI child window's System menu, you can restore, move, resize, minimize, maximize, or close the child window)

Ini shortcut untuk apa ya?

CTRL+TAB: Switch to the next child window of a Multiple Document Interface (MDI) program

Klo penulis praktekkan shortcut ini cuma berfungsi pada browser, agak mirip dengan perintah ALT+TAB

ALT+underlined letter in menu: Opens the menu

Ini shortcut untuk apa sih?

ALT+F4: Closes the current window

Menutup window yang dipakai saat ini.

CTRL+F4: Closes the current Multiple Document Interface (MDI) window

Nda ngerti.....maksudnya apa sih? MDI?

ALT+F6: Switch between multiple windows in the same program (for example, when the Notepad Find dialog box is displayed, ALT+F6 switches between the Find dialog box and the main Notepad window)

Memilih window yang mana yang mau digunakan (misal, memilih dokumen A atau dokumen B tetapi hanya berfungsi untuk aplikasi yang sama).

• F2: Rename object

To copy a file
